The Premier Plan Plus is a comprehensive package designed to cover all the internal works required to keep your house in liveable conditions. By purchasing the PPP you guarantee that all aspects of your boiler and plumbing will be seen to with key priority, no matter the time of year.

Boiler maintenance can be tricky, whether you’re dealing with a domestic boiler at home or a commercial boiler in your business, our services are tailored to meet your specific needs. For residential clients, our Premium Plan Plus ensures that your home heating system runs smoothly, providing peace of mind through the coldest winters. For our commercial customers, the plan scales to cover the complexity and size of commercial boilers, guaranteeing minimal disruption to your operations and maximising efficiency. Trust us for prompt and reliable service for all your boiler maintenance needs. Features from our Premium Plan Plus include:

1 Annual Boiler Check-Up

We’ll visit your house once a year to review and service your boiler to reduce the risk of emergency failure, keeping an eye out for potential causes to critical failures.

No need to worry about what fixing your boiler will cost you. With parts and labour covered on our annual check-up, there will be no hidden costs. Taking preemptive measures will keep your house safe, and your family safer.

Boilers can be expensive. By purchasing a premium plan when a new boiler is needed, we’ll give you a £300 contribution towards getting a replacement. We’ll also source it and fit it for you.

When you need us to visit your house, you’ll be saving 10% off labour costs when your boiler is deemed beyond economical repair or completely obsolete.

1 Annual Central Heating Check-Up

Whilst we’re visiting your boiler, we’ll check your central heating – making sure pipes are clear and radiators are working. We can update heating controls, provide new parts where needed and keep everything running smoothly so that you don’t get a cold shock in the shower one day.

Any bursts or leaks will get our immediate attention. If you need to report one, being a member of our Premier Plan Plus will give you access to a responsive, direct help-line whilst we travel round as soon as possible.

If you need an update to your central heating, we can sort that. You’ll get 10% off labour required outside our agreement.

1 Unlimited Callouts

Our Premier Plan provides a medium level of coverage that guarantees 24 hour response times from point of contact to covering service costs on our annual boiler check-up. By eliminating some future bills with smaller insurance investments, you can take the strain out of emergency callouts.

1 Annual Central Heating Check-Up

Whilst we’re visiting your boiler, we’ll check your central heating – making sure pipes are clear and radiators are working. We can update heating controls, provide new parts where needed and keep everything running smoothly so that you don’t get a cold shock in the shower one day.

If you find you are having arguments with your heating control panel, we’ll bring it up-to-date and increase functionality and usability.

We’ll keep your radiators clear and circulating heat in our annual check-up.

Included Extras:

1 4 x Free Callouts Annually

Having issues? Our Premier Plan covers you for four free callouts where we can review what needs doing and get back to you with a quote, saving you on labour costs and meaning you don’t have to worry about unexpected bills when you need something fixing.

Once you’ve contacted us, we’ll get back to you within 24 hours with the next course of action. This may be a callout or advice on how to keep your house warm until we can get there. No matter what happens, we’ll get back to you with speed and efficiency so you don’t have to suffer any longer than you need to.
